Bear Metallurgical Company (BMC) is the leading producer and toll processor of high grade FeV & FeMo with guaranteed yield back to the clients.

BMC is a ferroalloys factory located in Butler, Pennsylvania in the United States. The company was established in 1990, and it is an active producer of ferroalloys in the global metals market. In 2016, YILDIRIM Group acquired the company. The company has a reputable history of almost 30 years in the market and it is acclaimed for its high quality product yield and toll conversion technology.

Bear Metallurgical Company (BMC) is the largest producer of 80% FeV in North America. Main products of the company are high grade ferrovanadium (FeV) and high grade ferromolybdenum (FeMo). BMC can produce up to 80% Grade Ferrovanadium, and up to 70% Standard Grade Ferromolybdenum. After the acquisition of BMC, Yılmaden Holding has successfully entered the ferrovanadium and ferromolybdenum markets, expanding its portfolio of ferroalloys.
